We only collect the data you voluntarily provide through the newsletter subscription form: name and email address. We may also collect anonymous technical information about your browsing through cookies, in accordance with our Cookie Policy.
3. Purpose of processing
The data is processed for the purpose of sending you our informative newsletter about the real estate sector in Spain, managing your subscription and handling your enquiries. It will not be used for automated decisions or commercial profiling.
4. Legal basis
The legal basis for processing is your express consent, given by ticking the corresponding box on the subscription form, in accordance with Article 6.1.a) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 on the Protection of Personal Data and Guarantee of Digital Rights.
